History of STH
The story starts over 50 years ago.
In 1968 John and Alan Liversidge created the heavy haulage firm, Liversidge Brothers. This became TSL Vanguard in 1987 with the acquisition of TSL.
The family then moved into the hire and rental of trailers and created Specialist Trailer Hire in 1998. During the 2000s the company expanded further to offer a range of other services. These include maintenance, MOTs and vehicle refurbishments.
Today, STH works with companies of all sizes to supply HGVs and trailers as well as to maintain and refurbish existing fleets.
